Be part of an intimate 1.5-hour meditative journey, starting at 18:00, guided by Nikolaos Unalome and the resonant healing of sound waves. This grounding experience will be accompanied by a ceremonial offering of organic mountain tea and a bite of artos, 1OAM apotheke‘s signature sweet bread—a symbol of nourishment and connection.
For your comfort and relaxation, a mat, blanket, and pillow will be provided.
